Search Process

Search is lonely in a way that’s hard to explain until you’re in it. Nobody tells you when you’ve had a good day. Deals fall through. Sellers go cold. Weeks pass without a response. We stay close during this phase, not to micromanage, but because we know what it feels like when you need someone to pick up the phone and say: keep going.
